Interviewed for a management article entitled “Lend Me Your Ear: Good Listening Is More Than Just Polite,” Watkins offers suggestions for utilizing listening in business to solve problems – and to find opportunities.
Watkins offers interviewing, surveying and focus grouping services to her clients as part of strategic growth and problem solving projects. She also performs these services for advertising and marketing firms.
